"Very clean and spacious store with a nice variety of items (clothing, gifts, furniture, household, toiletries, decor, grocery, etc.). On a recent visit, my elderly mother was having a bit of trouble getting a coupon to work. The cashiers helping us were so patient and kind, especially Yvonne. We felt appreciated and were thankful they turned a potentially stressful situation into a pleasant one. We definitely plan to return. As a side note, they carry a few gluten free items and when I did a quick check online, both items were cheaper at Big Lots than they were at the local grocery store."

"I love how clean and organized this store is. I gave it 4 stars for that reason. Most visits here have always been so pleasant. Tonight was different. As my husband and I walked around the back of the store looking at the patio furniture, you could here the young staff members up front at the registers being so loud and talking poorly of another guest that apparently made them mad. Fine, ok if you’re struggling with someone’s attitude then vent in the break room. There were 3 staff members in total two young brunettes and a guy named Robert. I assumed he was the supervisor on duty and if so it was disappointing to see him chiming in with the loud drama instead of shutting it down, when we stepped up to pay for what little bit we had, they kept on with their drama talk barely taking notice of the guest in front of them. Professionalism was highly lacking here and made the shopping experience extremely awkward und uncomfortable."
