"Bowlero is a great place to gather with friends and try to hand at knocking down pins. The facilities were nice, the shoes fit well, and the balls had a few chips in them but they still rolled pretty well. Our chief complaint was that the regional manager was terrible at customer service. Hopefully, it was just a bad day for them, but many members of our party felt that they were rude while we ordered food and drinks. Because of this, we will think twice about the next time we go to Bowlero off of 15/501."
"Bowlero as whole does not put emphasis on caring for league bowlers or leagues. It's funny that in the description it includes featuring leagues but there is absolutely no respect for the leagues participating in bowling, especially at this location. With Durham currently only having 1 bowling alley, this is the only option for most league bowlers that are not willing to travel a distance for participating in a league. I feel as if corporate supports the partying and drinking atmosphere more than the idea of having dedicated league bowlers supporting this alley. My suggestion for any league bowlers in the Durham area, either make the trip to Pleasant Valley Bowlero or choose another house to join a league in, because this is not the place for you!"
"I had fun here the food was delicious. surprised about the bathroom it was clean. Usually we go to some bowling alley it to be as clean, but this one is inside was pretty clean. The staff was pretty helpful and informative. It was one time that our pin got stuck and nobody caught an attitude, but they was able to fix the issue but the only issue I had was the response time I can’t tell you the exact time it took them but it was a long time."
"I’m not sure how a bowling alley can fail if you’re there to bowl. This was a cool spot, very nice atmosphere. The staff aren’t super friendly but they get the job done."
"Fun bowling place! Came here with friends on aa Friday night. The pricing was like $10 per person per game and $6-7 for the shoe rental per person. Bowlero Durham also sells some food (burger, fries, finger foods, etc) - and they also have arcade machines in the back with prizes if you win enough points. Overall recommended!"
