"Went in at 11:00 am today for a fade cut. Went to one of the ladies' chairs (She had no one waiting for her so that should have been a red flag). I don't know the lady's name but she was the lady other than Pat. I told her what I wanted and it was clear that she was apprehensive. I asked her if she does fade cuts often and she said yes. I asked her if she does Black men's fades as opposed to the "Forrest Gump" style fades we often see with white men. She said yes initially but recommend that I should probably wait for another barber. Minutes later, she enthusiastically went out to fetch coffee for the lead barber. If she is incapable of doing a simple fade maybe she should just limit her work at the barbershop to running errands for the actual barbers."

"Very unorganized! Called to set up an appointment, was told they just do walk ins. So I show up an sign in. Waited over an hr. Then when I think it’s my turn another guy says he’s up next. So I asked the barber why are they not checking the names off the sign in list, he says well things are just crazy.(well that’s why, cuz you’re not going by the list). So the other guy goes up for his haircut, the barber gets him ready to cut his hair, then another customer walks in, the barber makes that guy in the chair get up, an go back to waiting. Then cuts the customers hair who just walked in. I just left at that point.."

"I have been coming to get my hair cut for a while now! I’m always in love with the look I end up with. The atmosphere is amazing and the workers are very friendly. Mrs. Loveberry is the best so go and give her a visit when you’re looking for a haircut!"
