"We just moved here to Conway and really love the friendliness here. My wife has been trying so hard to find someone to cut her hair. She decided to try this place and when she saw all the Bible’s she thought this place should be great. After walking in she was never acknowledged at all and waited almost an hour while people were walking in and out talking with the stylist she thought were friendly. Still after all that time it was like she was invisible until finally she asked can you tell me if I need to do anything to get my haircut and she was told to just wait while 2 stylists were finished and one decided to take a stroll. After another 15 minutes of nothing she left crying and very upset. She got into our car and I couldn’t believe after all that time she wasn’t even acknowledged as a client. As we pulled away the stylist who took a stroll waved to us like she could have cared less. If you like being ignored please go in and enjoy yourself but take dinner with you your going to need it. We will be praying for them."
