Great Clips

"I’ve been coming to this location for years and always had a pretty good experience. I went today and was about to get a haircut from a new stylist. Her station was very unkept with a large amount of hair all over her counter and hair cutting equipment. She was about to put a very used cape on me when I stopped her and asked for a clean cape. She acted like I was asking too much and rolled her eyes as she walked away to get a clean cape. Her and a white haired old man that also works there made snide comments relative to me asking for a clean cape. Personally I don’t want to have someone else’s scuz on me while getting my hair cut. I will never be back to this location and may never be back to Great Clips altogether."

"Went for just haircut, only cut one side, never wetted hair down and never touched my bangs. Also my hair has curls and us very wavy, can't be cut without getting down. Bangs were never touched or cut. Spent $20 and had to cut it myself. Also called them and left message and the phone call was never returned. I won't return either"

"Got an undercut and it's been done so bad all I do is sweat because enough wasn't cut off and the way it was cut wasnt even and now it's growing back in like a shag rug hair sticking up everywhere. The back wasn't done woth a pick comb it was drawn out with a regular comb so the back is all wavy instead of a straight harsh line like the part I drew out and shaved on my own. The back of my head has broken out since cut because the way it was cut in the back left all the hair at the back of the undercut group up at a natural head wrinkle if it had been moved up just small a layer or 2 more then I wouldn't be dealing with this all the time definitely looking for another place and it sucks because I had high hopes for someone to at least just shave my head correctly. It's just like much thought and effort wasn't put into my haircut because it was simple and do to rushing though the simplicity mistakes were made just because there isn't much to the cut doesn't mean there isn't a way to do it properly. I haven't been able to comfortably wear my hear down even once because the hair won't lay correctly when styled."

"ONLY GIVING ONE STAR BC I CANT GIVE ZERO! Took my daughter for her FIRST hair cut ever right before she started school…we left with her hair crooked and pieces in the back of her hair, noticeably shorter than the rest… I am completely astonished at how this is even possible. While she was sitting in the chair and I was looking at her hair to see if it was a good length, the girl that was cutting her hair, kept moving it and putting pieces in places they didn’t go I fully believe it was so that I couldn’t see she messed up her hair. She was only supposed to get 3 inches cut off and in one spot it was about almost 6 inches cut off so I had to cut the rest of her hair, the same length. Then when I went back to get my money back, I was told there was no manager on duty and she would contact me as soon as she was texted still haven’t heard anything and that was two days ago and haven’t received my money back. Before and after of her hair!!!!!"
