"We were about ready to never buy anything at Havertys again. We had ordered a stool for our island to match the 3 others we bought earlier. No problem we have your previous order, fast forward we call to pick up the bar stool and are told there is no one at Havertys in Wilmington that will help you load on Saturday. The following Monday I call to talk to a manager and learn that the wrong stool was ordered and Havertys did have someone their on Saturday to help load our stool. The assistant manager called the company to expedite our reorder and billed us for the previous bar stool price instead of the increased price. It pays to give management a chance to correct a problem and to make them aware of the conduct of their employees."
