"Great place for kids, trampolines, sponge boxes to jump in, small obstacles, basketball on soft matts...this is a great time and it is inexpensive."
"I came here with a friend today just to have fun. The staff was awesome and so sweet, I watched the staff quickly go over to what a child wanted to do that required a staff to be present. The staff member, Brandon, was so sweet and funny to both my friend and I. Although there were only so much things to do I had a splendid time. Brandon also let my friend and I take photos of him for jokes as we all laughed about it, he was super sweet and very humorous."
"We are members here and our son loves it. We recently had a birthday party here and it was awesome! Deontae was our party host and he was terrific! We didn't have to do anything but have fun, he took care of everything else!"
"The absolute worst experience, save your money and go to flip n fly. Firstly we paid our money to jump, we had flip n fly socks (which is pretty common apparently since we weren’t the only ones there with them on) my nephew and his friends were told by a “referee” they could no longer jump because of their socks and told them they had to sit down… excuse me? They didn’t try to find any solution just sent them to sit after paying their money to jump. Not sure why the gentleman didn’t bring the kids to ADULTS and explain the situation. We purchased the socks and got back to jumping.. Immediately after that an adult male was jumping with the same socks we were made to take off but I had to bring it to their attention, somehow they missed that one? The same ”referee” (caucasian guy with some form of a mullet on his head, slight resemblance to Joe Dirt) was also very close in a child’s face arguing with him. He was so close in the child’s face that he looked almost as if he was going to hit him. Completely unacceptable to have your staff behaving like this ESPECIALLY when you are dealing with minors. It also doesn’t make the case better that the gentleman was consistently caught arguing and punishing children of color but there were other children “breaking the rules” who somehow got a pass. If you are going to have rules make sure all of your “referees” know them and can enforce them properly. I would also maybe clearly state that Defy Gravity socks are the only socks allowed in your park that way people don’t waste their time and money!"
"My kids love it here I just wish it had a little more to do obstacle wise. There should also be a separate day for adults. Last time we went it was pretty busy and there was a group of about 8 college age men running around and not being the best example. This paired with the staff on the floor being on there phone and not really caring just didn't go well expecly with them racing across the trampolines while there are toddlers around. I'm not saying they shouldn't be able to go but maybe make a day for adults. Other than that I recommend it."
