The ladies wanted my special needs 7 year old son to wait another 20-30 minutes because someone else made a mistake. Do not bother going here: their work is ok at best and their customer service is nonexistent."

I just moved to this area so it was my first visit after having cuts elsewhere I decided to drop in today. It was the customer service I didn’t know I needed today. The scalp treatment, the bread trimming, and the hair cut were all on point. Michelle has an infectious personality and it really lifted my spirits. As a multi unit manager of several locations of retail chains, I would be elated to have my staff with service like Michelle. I will absolutely be back. Skylar was cutting another gentlemen’s hair and she was very pleasant. The shop was clean, welcoming and even had a solid marketing sign in the lobby. Great job ladies!"
