"Nice store with great selection, but only 2 seats to try on shoes and one of them was stacked with boxes-really! The store was packed on a weekday because it's TANGER in pigeon forge and there is no where to try on the shoes. You stand in the isle on one foot trying them on. They don't want you to shop at all. Get in, get out & know exactly what you want."

"Poor customer service. Could count 5 employees throughout the store but was not greeted or asked for assistance. Even experienced an issue with duplicate accounts at checkout and the manager just handed me a sticky note with a number… because my email was put in incorrectly I could not use any of my rewards and they were not willing to fix the mistake. They had a great selection of shoes but I won’t be going out of my way to return anytime soon."
