"One week of storing in the unit rats destroyed a mattress, chewed a dresser, and chewed our patio furniture. They urinated and defected all over everything. I was told that I needed to go through the insurance that they make you pay every month to try and get some of the lost back. I jumped through the hoops the insurance company has you do to report an incident and after a month and a half I was told that pest are not covered and the items that were damaged could not be compensated. Needless to say we moved our stuff out of there immediately and while doing so found out that there was a homeless person living or living from the unit next no us. I would not recommend this location to anyone do yourself a favor and pick a different location or company."

"If I could do negative stars I would I rented a 10x10 climate unit from go store on market St next to the Suzuki dealership in August. The unit says climate control but they are not and I was told by other tenants that they will not run the AC when I plugged in my AC unit they said I was stealing power from them and threaten to cut my extension cord if they saw it plugged in again. But there are other tenants who use the outlet and when I mentioned it the manager went on to say well they have 4 storage units that reply blew my mind. Not only did we have to deal with no AC but the rotten wood cause our door to come off twice and when we told the manager he was supposed to come fix it and never did so I had to pay a friend to come do it. The rats are really bad tore into our furniture and boxes and we had no food in there. I was told that if I had a good enough reason why I needed to be there pass 10 I could get a 24 hour code I work nights do after work I would stop by and grab clothes etc well we were there one night at 1025 the area manager Mary stops by and I explain to her why we were still thrre and she asked us to leave the next day we got p papers asking us to be at the unit by the end of the month and that we were living in the unit if you run the cameras back we have never stayed in the storage unit and we asked him to review the cameras I wish they didn't"
