Despite a minor booking glitch for my daughter’s 4th birthday party, Christina not only resolved it promptly but also graciously upgraded our party room, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction that left a lasting impression. The party experience itself was a delight, with the engaging and hands-on party host ensuring our little princess and her friends had an unforgettable time. While there were minor decorating hiccups, the sheer joy on our baby girl's face overshadowed any concerns. Jumpin Jax not only provided a fantastic venue for celebration but also a memorable experience, and we can't wait to return for more special occasions."

"It's is the best to have a party the kids have so much fun running around. The room is great and all I had to do was show up with cake. Everything. Decoration, ice cream, goodie bags, and a host to help with it all. The setup and clean up and serve the guest. Truly am experience."

She was so helpful and the kids loved her. Having the party at Jumpin Jax was so easy. They supply everything but the cake. We will be having another birthday party here soon! Definitely recommend!"

"We just had a little weeknight birthday party, and it was great! The place was so much fun that my daughter didn’t even care that we only had a few friends show up, and having the place to themselves made them feel like royalty! Maddy was our party host and she was wonderful- super friendly and took care of all the things so I could chat with parents and relax! Weeknight parties are a steal, so I highly recommend! I only took one pic bc the girls were too busy playing!"

"We love Jumpin Jax! There are areas for play for all ages. My 5 year old loves going. The staff is very friendly and willing to help when needed. From Birthday Parties, Special Events, Spanish Class, Bible Club, to just regular play, there is always something to enjoy. Days that I need to work and my daughter has too much energy, I bring my laptop and work while she plays. It’s a great alternative activity when the weather is not so nice and the kids can’t play outside. During the summer we enjoy water days. Overall a great family friendly clean place! Highly recommend!"
