Goodwill - Lancaster

"Very kind people work here. My son, aged 11, loves to go thrifting and this is one of his favorite stops. They are always so kind to him and enjoy hearing about his finds. Very grateful to the staff who work here for having such big hearts."

"Can't come to Lancaster without my wife nudging me to stop at this Goodwill. They always have something we both are eager to buy, the books for me especially are great at this location. Will always be happy to shop here."

"This Goodwill has definitely gone down hill and the prices are so expensive. You are in a lower income community, why are your prices so high? I had a pile of T-shirts that were on the $2.99 rack for my grandson. 90% of them ended up ringing up at $4.49. When I said they were all on the $2.99 rack I was told that people put them in the wrong place. So 9 out of 10 t-shirts were put in the wrong place? How is that my problem? Honestly, even $2.99 is too much for a t-shirt. Used shorts were priced $4.49 as well. All men's shirts were priced at $4.49 even faded glory. Can't you upgrade the policies at this store? Separate items into size and have clearance racks? It has been quite awhile since I have been here and I'm not sure if I will be going back. Donate your items to Christian Services. They do a better job."

"the place is always so cluttered and disorganized. there's stuff out of place and prices are all over the place but mostly over priced, but you do find the occasional deal I guess.this location used to be a lot nicer but over the years its just kind of gone downhill. staff used to be friendly and helpful but my last few visits I felt more like they thought of me as a nuisance and wanted me to hurry up and leave and when I had a question about an item no one on the floor could answer it for me and just stood there instead of getting someone who knew and could answer my question like a more experienced associate or manager.i used to drop in and browse when I had free time but I dont think I will anymore at least not this location"

"Their prices are a bit high. No organization of anything. Ex: sheets , curtains, comforter, etc. Mixed together. Just cluttered. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Never found kitchen curtains. Jens way over priced get real these are donated . people go there because they are poor as well on limited incomes. It is sad when you cannot afford GOODWILL"
