"Worst dealership experience ever!! I called first to make an appointment in service. Confirmed my car would be seen st the time scheduled. The Scheduler even said they had a lot of cancellations due to snow and weather. Went an hour out of my way to bring by vehicle there instead of the dealer close to me because they could get me in next day. When I got there was told it may be another week before my car would be seen. Was given so much attitude by service advisors and management didn’t care I had been lied to. When finally given a diagnostic they wouldn’t give me a written quote SUPER SKETCHY! I’ve since brought it to another dealership who would give me straight answers and better service. Never will do business here."

"Came in and bought a 2023 jeep compass brand new with 700 miles on it and traded my 2020 jeep Cherokee for it. At exactly one month after buying the vehicle the parking break engaged while driving in traffic, transmission smells like it going to catch fire, 4x4 service light is on, service transmission light is on, as well as lane assist light and all the others are on. I have tried calling the dealership, left voice mails and they have not called me back and refusing my calls. I am not out 800 for rental and towing to a different dealership and I honestly just want this made right."
