"I was visiting my in-laws in nearby Sanford and found this place while looking for something to do. You’d never expect to find such a high-end, top tier guitar store in such a sleepy area of NC. But man, what a hidden gem this place is. The staff are so knowledgeable about their IMPRESSIVE inventory of guitars ranging from entry-level to high-end boutique. And they folks there are the kind of sales folks who understand the best way to sell a guitar is to let the customer play it and not be bothered. They give you space to play without judgment and don’t give you any grief about which guitar you want to try. They answer all your questions and their pricing is absolutely fair and competitive. I can’t wait to make this place a regular stop any time I come to visit my wife’s folks. I may even order some stuff from them online before I get back!"

"I am from Canada and was visiting friends in Southern Pines and just happened to walk by this guitar store, looked in the window and had to go look around. Wow what a beautiful guitar store, a great collection of beautiful guitars and after talking to Dylan who readily informed me that I could play any guitar there I was like a kid in a candy store. Met the owner, a great guy on my second day to visit and play. Just a fantastic shop with great friendly people full of southern hospitality. I will definitely be back."

"I enjoy going to Casino Guitars and have been there several times. Because I live well over an hour away I would not call myself a regular customer because I can't just drop by. I was in the market for a Fender Custom Shop and knew they had a good inventory. Their online inventory showed they had a guitar which was very similar to what I was looking for except more of a relic then I wanted. I made the trip and when I arrived they could not locate the guitar I was looking for. It apparently had been sold on a busy weekend and had not been removed from the computer inventory. They were very apologetic and explained to me what had happened. That was not a big deal to me because I know they do a lot of business and someone could have purchased that guitar while I was on the way. What is remarkable is how well Baxter, Sean and the other staff members treat their customers. They are very friendly and helpful and are willing to sit and chat about your guitar interests and how they can help you along your guitar journey. They do not keep the Fender Custom Shop guitars for "looking at" only behind the counter. They made sure I had an opportunity to put my hands on several guitars and compare one to the other. Baxter also took the time to show me several guitars that had just come in and talked about the different finish options available from the custom shop and why he preferred one over the other. I highly suggest if you're within a 2-hour drive to make the trip to this shop! If there is something specific you see online call first if that's the only reason you're going. I do not think you'll be disappointed."
