My intoxalock installer did such a shady job on the install ,my car almost caught on fire,smartstart is neat and professional ,device is much easier to use and don't look like a 1980,s brick,I am totally satisfied with smartstart"

"My son had an appointment at 12:00 noon we got there at 11:30 I drove him. Saw a sign posted everywhere that if you're 7 minutes late you have to pay $20 extra. When 12:30 rolled around and we hadn't been called in I asked the guy if he was going to pay us $20 he got a little snippy and said he charged me $20 more. To make a long story short we waited there till 2:30 in the afternoon because the guy in front of us that he was working on his truck quit running all his lights quit working and he didn't know what to do so me and my son called another place to make appointment for in the morning"
"Very helpful staff! Always friendly, informative, and kind. When trying to navigate to this location, the entrance is a little off. Not much either before or after the posted turn. There is a small (easily missed) sign with their logo. The correct turn is a gravel drive."
"extremely unprofessional, terrible conflict resolution, incident reporting process leaves you feeling unheard and disregarded. predatory policies and behaviors, apathetic call staff. Worst service ive ever been offered in a retail setting for the price paid out"
