"The rooms are really big and comfy. We were here over the new year's holiday and the area was quiet and close to things that we wanted like grocery stores and restaurants. It is kind of hidden on a hill though."

"I've been in Johnson City for a few months now & due to all the amenities offered, this seemed like the perfect place for me to stay. The biggest issue Ive had is heading out for work at 6:30 am & stopping by the breakfast bar & no food has even been put out yet! This had happened just a couple times over the past few months & I just overlooked it but now it's happened 3 time just this week! I just don't understand how an establishment let's something like this to just keep happening! The other issue I have is that I noticed that I wasn't getting my reward points for my stays. So I contacted IHG and they recognize my stays but will not give out points because I booked through a 3rd party. Again Im staying long term for work, so I always look for the best rate & that is through a 3rd party app. Even though I save a little, I have still spent over $6k staying here so far! It looks like it's better to stay at a Choice Privilege Motel, because even if booked through a 3rd party, I still get my rewards. I left this review 5 days ago, when I had to leave and go home for a few days. I didn't check out of my room & just returned turned yesterday afternoon! To my surprise, I head out for work at 6:20am & her we are another day with no breakfast out! So 5 days so far within one 2 week stay & that's minus 4 days that I was away!"

"In the middle of our upheaval of a move, this was a welcomed, comforting stay. Really appreciated the big kitchen/fridge with all supplies needed. Layout was wonderful for relaxing on roomy sectional sofa to watch the tv screen or to talk. There’s a desk at end of sofa and a table in kitchen- which is good to have to places to work & to eat. And the huge bathroom with a ‘pocket door’ was a wonderful surprise! Although, the location is obscured at night (It sits up on a hill behind a Sonic.), we now know where this Staybridge is located and how very NICE it is! We will definitely stay here again!"
