"The staff were AWESOME! I had found a book, Fabric, the week before but bought my wife another one. When I told her about the Fabric book, she really wanted it too. We live 1.5 hrs from Asheville so when returned the next week and I couldn't find it the helpful woman at the help desk looked it up and the computer said they had One Copy left. When we couldn't find it by author's name she called a manager and she back tracked our movements and found where someone had reshelved it on an end shelf! They went above and beyond!! Thank you! Wish I had thought to record your names!"
