"Not great people. Used them for towing a vehicle and unfortunately they were just horrible to work with. Tried working with them on the situation and Zeke was very non responsive, hung up both people, said the law does not matter, and refused to be civil. All driver said was i don't speak English."

"Outstanding service and very professional. Tracy’s towing was dispatched by AAA to come pull a car out of the drainage culvert at the end of my driveway. They showed up within 20 minutes of my calling AAA for roadside assistance. The tow operator did a fantastic job of winching the car out of the culvert and back onto the driveway without any damage to the car aside from a flat tire (Which I was anticipating). I would recommend them of you need towing. Pictures, before and after."
