"We had an amazing experience with Marc and his team helping us to sort out a US passport for our baby girl and there is no way we would have got home as quickly as we did without them! We spoke many months before our baby arrived and his information was clear and very thorough and we then did not contact him until 10 days before our flight back to the UK from Texas was due which did not give him much time! Marc managed to get us an appointment within hours at a Count Clerk office nearby and then he and Catie managed to organise us in time and then get our passport back a full 3 days before our flights. Considering this included a weekend I think 5 days to arrange the passport must be considered quite exceptional service and I could not recommend his services more highly!!
