"Been a regular for over two years. Haircuts vary, depending on stylist, sometimes good, sometimes not so good. Last cut not so good, actually painful with clippers digging into scalp. Told her to slow down, she was hurting me. She apologized and was more gentle, but was a poor haircut. Most of the time, they are far too rushed. This location has had some very good stylists, but some of the latest, not so good."

"I just took my 9 year old son to have his hair trimmed. The professions doing his hair was told to use a fade with a “3” of top. This lady butchered my sons hair. He is skinned on the sides and almost no length on top. She cut his hair all the way back to his hair line and left patches all over his head. My son is mortified. He is so worried about being “made fun of” at school on Monday because this woman wouldn’t take the time to listen to what was being asked of her. She moved so quickly that before we even sat back down to wait, she was done with him. They were more concerned with the music playing, than listening to the request or doing the actual hair cut. I was so angry that I didn’t address this with staff yet, I need the night to cool off before speaking with them about their unprofessionalism, or about how they plan to correct this as he has NO MORE hair to cut. I had to come home and cut the patches down so my son didn’t freak completely out. I would not recommend."
