David’s Barre class was an amazing experience, it was the perfect balance of strength training and intensity, it challenged me. Left me feeling recharged and relaxed! He was an amazing instructor! Last night my daughter and I had a wonderful experience. When we arrived Jeremy greeted us, and was so very friendly and helpful. Not knowing what to do and how it all works he was very kind in showing us where everything was and introduced us to the teacher. We both felt much more relaxed, along with feeling welcomed.
