"Tried to check in online. I was denied and was instructed to walk-in to the shop. I drove all the way over only to find that the shop was closed. The lights were on in the back however the door was locked. Noone responded. This was at 10:30 am midweek. I will find another shop who is honest and wants my business."

"Terrible experience. Never go back. We checked in online got there and waited 2 hours. People kept walking in and got taken over us. In between customers the hairstylist just kept taking breaks and I watched them scroll on their phones. No sense of urgency. And then the haircuts. Terrible. My daughter just an inch cut off, totally crooked. Not well done, my son the same. Not even at all. And the cost is well over 40 dollars. Never see me back again in that business. Never. Be warned. Don't go there!!!!!"

"I went in to get a bad haircut fixed and left with a WORSE one. With my glasses off during a cut, I was completely unaware of how much length she had removed and how few of my instructions she followed. I asked her not to remove any length from the top, so she cut HALF the length away. I wanted the top to remain long but somehow I ended up with a flat top like some kind of 1970's gym coach. I asked her not to cut my hair wet because when it dries, it will not look the same at all....so she wets my hair down. Now that its dry it looks COMPETELY different!!! Almost like what I told her would happen!!!! She just kept saying it needed to be "a little damp" but I assure you....I looked like I'd been swimming. I told her that I wanted a volume difference between the sides/back and not to blend it....so she blends it. Not at all the haircut I asked for, and not even what was saved in the system. I wanted to look good for a wedding this weekend and now it looks like I'll be shaving my head. An absolute CHOP SHOP. Avoid at all costs."

"I just left this great clips and I’m not entirely sure what happened. I showed the woman an old picture of me where my hair was bobbed and said I was shooting for something like that, just something to get the split ends off, and trim my bangs. I explained that my hair had not been cut since growing out a buzz cut (it’s to my shoulders now) so it’s different lengths. She explained that she couldn’t make my hair look like that, which I don’t completely understand cause it was just a straight bob with some layers. While combing out the back of my hair she said and I quote “this dead garbage”. She called my hair “dead garbage”, which hurt cause I was already feeling bad about how it looked. I sat in her chair for no more than 8 minutes and then charged me 18$. The customer service and hair cut was certainly not worth 18$. I was skeptical about going here cause I’ve had bad experiences with great clips in the past but gave it a shot anyway, would have been better off paying the $$$ price for a decent salon."

"Great, service, great haircut, great price. People are supposed to check in online to avoid waiting. I was a walk in. The sign had 12 customers listed and a 54 minute wait time. I was recommended to sit and wait, in case someone did not show up. I only waited about 15 minutes until they fit me in. Good place for kids haircuts. I will go there again."
