"Been going here for well over 10years but I’m going else where. The new receptionist are rude and argumentative. ( Reading through reviews I see that others have complaints about their attitude as well) My company gives me great benefits with a big allowance. The receptionist told me I was not allowed to get both glasses and contacts when I had more than enough for both. **I had already called the insurance company prior to coming to have my benefits explained** Why would anyone want to come to a place and get screwed out of benefits they are provided with. They don’t care because it’s not coming out of their pocket. Patients pay for their mistakes. Everyone has different benefits and allowances. If they don’t understand that’s fine but last thing I want to deal with is an attitude for their lack of knowledge. To make matters worse they ALWAYS cancel appt you make and ends up pushing your appt towards the end of the year. I have had 6 appt canceled in the last six months between my husband and I. Overall extremely disappointed with how this place turned out."

"Needed an eye doctor that understood my eye issues and they were great - the doctor sat with me and explained everything while reviewing the pics of my eyes - she also worked with me on the best route to go and I decided on contacts (54 and never wore them so this should be interesting). The entire staff was easy going, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. My entire family will be setting up appointments here soon."
