"I went to have my headlights adjusted this morning. And Courtney was great at fixing the left light that gives me issues. She is very nice and friendly and helpful with everything I asked. Great service!"

"My wife went there for a vehicle inspection. The inspection mechanic told her the wipers were required to pass the inspection. She consented, not realizing the blades on her vehicle were about two months old. I went to store and got my old blades. They are like brand new. The manager said they fail the wipers if they leave water streaks, which is not criteria in NC administrative code. Attached is a photo of the new wipers next to the newer wiper. The video is of the wipers they failed after I reinstalled. I can’t say if it is a competence problem or a Pink Tax."

"The only reason they got two stars is because they are very nice to customers! However I went in for a full synthetic oil change and I got less than what I paid for. I paid more than I normally do and they didn’t fill my oil up. My sensor kept going off telling me I still need oil change I went back was missing about half a bottle. Than they asked me to reset my sensor which at the time I didn’t think anything of it. But now I realized if the wrong amount is still in there the sensor won’t pick it up. Pretty shady business for a Valvine station. I’d be real careful with this one make sure you’re getting the service you paid for. I’m going to my original place which was closed that day unfortunately. RAPID LUBE they are great and lest expensive to double check my oil. Unfortunately this place lost my buisness that’s a shame."

"We stopped in for an oil change early Saturday morning. The crew was super friendly and helpful. The upsell did not feel forced so we did not feel pressured to buy anything extra. I would and have recommended Courtney and her crew to several people. We will be back. Best experience I’ve ever had with my pants on."

"Absolutely first class experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend, drive all the way across town if you have to. Extremely professional personnel, and there are many there to speed things along. They took the extra effort to change a bulb that the mounting had melted. You can check the web for valid coupons. I didn’t think such service was possible with an instant oil change place."
