Lance did not only fail to contact us with an update… but the coup de grâce was the cost of the final repair which was over 500 more than the original quote. I am disappointed in an individual who claims his business as “Veteran Owned” but over charges on parts and claims a loss on a project due to poor overseeing and poor management."
