"Just got my car back from Metz Auto Glass. James (front desk) was very personable and knowledgeable regarding my Volvo windshield. He and Diane (owner’s wife) communicated with my insurance agent to make this happen. They were able to replace with OEM which was a huge deal for me. First told I was to use insurance vendor, Safelite, but after previous experience with them & unhappy with their workmanship and product with another vehicle I was able to go with Metz! Dennis, who did the install was awesome! He is OCD just like myself!! Beautiful job and attention to detail he even repositioned my oil change sticker back on the “new” windshield!!!
