"This used to be an awesome place when Wanda worked here. After she left, it's slowly give downhill. Last month they didn't answer their phone at all. When I went in in person, the guy at the counter couldn't hear me. This month I went in expecting the guy that couldn't hear me, so I wrote down my prescription numbers and names. Dropped them off and expected to pick them up the next day. Wrong....They weren't ready. Had to wait 1/2 hour and was shorted 2 prescriptions. I've tried calling for the past 2 weeks and no answer. I finally went in last Monday and spoke to Claudia, who explained that they hadn't unpacked the shipment. Stop by later. I stopped by to find a line to the door. I left. I tried calling all week. No answer. Finally came in today expecting to pick up 2 prescriptions. Nope...had a duplicate of one but not the other. All I can say is that Im glad I'm aware of ehat I take. So, now I'm here again. It's now been 45 mins and someone just came out to ask me what name I was waiting for and there are only 2 people in here. They are saying the same thing to other people about meds being on order, and not having them ready. Wow!!! I really hope they can get it back together. In the meantime, I'll be switching back to CVS."
