"This is for the diesel service center. Can we get any dumber in this country?! You want me to leave my truck with you for 4-6 weeks because you are short staffed? Your excuse is well if we make you an appointment 4 weeks from now and you get into an accident and flee the scene with said truck the owner will lie and say the truck was in for service. What!? You think that can’t be verified?! Wow just wow!"

"This is the best place for all your automotive needs. I purchase the premium insurance and this is the only place that really stepped up to help us in the way that showed we were more than a number. They helped us get a rental (through our premium coverage) and i was actually floored!!! The other Ford places made us pay for our own rental even though we had the premium coverage. The money I have spent out of pocket for rentals while my Mustang was in the shop on my own is ridiculous. Crown Ford is the one to go to and not the other Ford dealerships!!! They will do you right!!!"

Travis provided calls w/updates throughout the process, specifically in dealing with an extended service plan for the water pump. Very professional and well worth the drive!"

"Well the service people were very nice. I didn't have a problem with the service. I just had a problem with them going through my glove box looking for something when they should of asked me to get it. I might of had something in there that I didn't want them to see. I feel that was very unprofessional. Other than that it was good."
