"Had a pretty impressive dent on my hood from a work place incedent. The third party company that damaged the truck told me to get a couple estimates and that they would get a hold of who ever I decided to get the work done by and they would cover the charges with credit card over the phone. I decided to go with Coats and they were very easy to deal with with the pay by phone situation of the third party. They got the work finished quickly and even stayed open an extra 30 minutes the night they finished so I could pick up my truck. They did an amazing job and made the experience easy going."
"This is the second car I have had repaired at this body shop. This time it was my Lexus that hit a deer. I was worried it would not come back in the shape it was before i hit the deer. It They did a great job getting it back to original condition especially with matching the paint. Matt was great to work with and communicated with me throughout the whole process, which was extensive since my car is a hybrid which makes it harder to work on. The women who work upfront and the phones are some of the nicest people I have dealt with, and go out of their way to help and make you feel comfortable in a difficult time. If there is a problem they will check it out and if they can't find the fix they will go out to a third party to help find it. Very pleased with my whole experience."
