"Walked in door and owner started talking before we could even see her. Ask what did we need and we replied looking for floor transition. We knew what we were looking for. She asked where did we buy the floor and we replied Lowe's. Informed her we needed wood not metal and just when hubby said again we are looking for wood she thought he was yelling at her. Not a chance, I said he did not yell at you. We left, not dealing with ignorance especially with her being the owner. I was not intending on wasting my time with this review but Maybe someone else has had bad experience as well. Maybe her day started off bad, Who knows."

"Awesome experience! Highly recommend! My husband and I decided at the last minute that we wanted to install carpet in our master bedroom after having our master bathroom renovation almost complete. We went into the store and were immediately greeted. We knew what color carpet we wanted, and we were escorted to take a look at the in-stock carpet. We found one that we liked, and the sales person also found a few that she thought we would like. We were able to get an estimate, place our order, and have it installed within a few days we had carpet installed! If you want a one-stop shop without going through a lot of estimates (because you're going to get the best price and customer service here) and contractors, you need to seriously look at the carpets in stock at Carolina Carpet and Floors. Highly satisfied, and we will return for future projects!"
