"I’m not sure if all Regal Nails are FAMILY RELATED but I’m say this I don’t mind spending my money but I did a review on the one on South Raeford rd and now everytime I go in the one on Ramsey St I don’t get any service I went in there yesterday on a Saturday at 2:25 and it wasn’t even busy like that and was told I had to wait two hours funny thing is I was in the store over a hour and seen other people get waited on and you can’t tell me they ALL had appointments funny thing is I’ve been coming here since y’all came in Walmart your wife did my money nails when that was popular way back in the day I’m disappointed that because South Raeford rd messed my nails up OH DID I SAY ITS NO COMING BACK TO CORRECT IT CAUSE MY NAILS ARE MY REAL NAILS and I wasn’t even rude about it just cause you own it don’t make you a nail tech"

"My pedicure looked good, but I am very displeased with my manicure. She didn’t double coat all of my nails and the paint is so sloppy. They look so bad, I am going to remove the polish. She was rushing. These pictures are when I got home straight from the salon. It looks like a 10 year old did them, not a professional nail tech. I did not mess up the paint myself, this is how they looked when she was finished. Unacceptable."
