"Hit or miss. Definitely recommend Rhiya, she’s kind, efficient and does a good job but our schedules just never align. I went to the other lady who was there and my eyebrows were so butchered, It was sooooo bad. Omg it looked like clown brows that were drawn on with sharpie. Colored way outside my brows too, so unnatural. I’m not going back there again for this reason. I had a long day and already wasted 30 plus mins of my day there, a little longer cause she dropped some dye on my cheekbone and had to erase it. It was a terrible experience for me and I spent the next hour at home trying to erase it myself cause I did not want her near my face anymore. Go somewhere else, save yourself the trip and $30 if you can or only see Rhiya. My day feels wasted and I feel like a clown!"

"Babyyyy! My eyebrows are more snatched than a toddler about to walk into the street! I walked in and they seemed pretty busy but they got me in a chair and out of there quicker than the Chick-fil-A drive thru. This place came highly recommended and now I’d definitely recommend. If you’re gonna voluntarily pay for rope burn to the face, at least make sure you feel beautiful afterwards."

"I’m torn. Everyone says my eyebrows look good. But I made an appointment and the person I made the appointment with wasn’t there and when I went in wasn’t told that the person who was doing my eyebrows wasn’t the person I made the appointment with. I got a recommendation from a friend I have never been here before. Lady didn’t know I had an appointment or what the services were for my appointment. I told her not to thin and they are definitely thinner than I like. She barely spoke and the vibe seems chaos and like she would rather be doing anything else. So like I said I’m torn"
