"I have a pretty easy request for my hair, 1.5 on the sides and TRIM the top. However I received 1.5 on the sides and top it’s just bad attentions to detail and lack of listening, and if you don’t understand, don’t assume. I won’t be coming back here."

"DO NOT TAKE YOUR KID HERE IF YOU WANT A GOOD HAIR CUT! My niece was taken here for a her school pictures and the lady with the braces completely butchered her hair. Her bangs are crooked and the rest of her hair is all different lengths. I don’t know how you mess someone’s hair up that badly. Her bangs were chopped so short and so crooked there is no way to fix it without first letting it grow out. I’d take a look at who you hire because the lady with the braces clearly isn’t worth whatever you’re paying her. I honestly think my sister would have been better off not getting my nieces hair cut. Shaving her head would have been better than the horrific cut she just got here."

"Took our daughter to the one by publix to get a haircut before picture day and my wife was in tears with how bad it came out. Our daughter's bangs are completely ruined. She added hair into them that should not have been added and cut them way too short. My daughter is 5 and it looks like she cut her own bangs. I asked for a straight simple trim across the back, and it's all different lengths, completely uneven. We couldnt bring her to her hairdresser on such short notice, so we made the mistake of bringing her here. I'm mortified thinking about her kindergarten photos.... I can't even say you get what you pay for, because she would have been better off with no haircut at all. Now we will have to pay more for someone else to fix what your hairstylist destroyed. I am not one to leave a bad review, but I am mortified, and I'm hoping to prevent someone else from going through this experience."

"Worst hair cut I’ve ever had. The lady started off by jamming the clippers into my head, then decided that a half inch meant an inch and a half off the front. She then took clippers around my ears and buzzed a good half inch of hair off which is unfixable. It’s been 8 hours and my neck still hurts from the razor burn she gave me. I told her not to use thinning shears, but apparently that means use them everywhere there is still hair."
