"I called to schedule my first nail appointment in 5 years. For the two times I’ve had my nails professionally done, it was at this location. I rarely ever do my nails, but this experience has been amazing for these reasons: -great intellectual conversation -professional experience all throughout -fast service (around 35-48 mins) -courteous to walk-in, waiting customers while at the same time not rushing my service (I didn’t feel rushed / hurried) -the nail technician paid careful attention to detail, (quite impressive watching her sculpt!) -the store paid attention to and immediately addressed walk-in customers politely while working with me -everyone was kind and respectful -the vibe of the spa was pleasant, warm and welcoming, peaceful and relaxed -I felt safe, protected and comfortable -parking is plentiful -pricing is perfect for my budget -there were no loud noises or sounds; rather quiet and soothing which I love [and need / prefer] -there were no lingering intoxicating smells or vapors, the air smelled clean / fresh, and circulated well (unsure if they have an air purifier, would like to know but didn’t ask) I’m now set on becoming a regular at this location! Thank you for providing excellent service."

"This business is horrible. It’s like every six months to a year that change people working in there. I went today an sat for about 10 minutes and then when it was my turn the lady said to the girl that came after me. You have an appointment and if you let her go first you will lose your spot. First of all I didn’t know they had switched to making appointments. Then they said she was the only one that could do your nails. So, I walked out and that was it. Lost my business. How unprofessional. Dg"

"This place is very unprofessional. The guy was going to do my fill in and it was almost closing time. They had me sit for about 8 mins, so i asked him the price for a fill in he act like i said i didn’t want my nails done. I looked bc it was pricey but i needed them done bc my son graduation was next day and everything else was closing. He was so rude and told me to go down the road by Walmart to a cheaper place , i told him I’m already here price is fine i just need them done. He constantly kept saying go down the road , go to another mail Place until i finally got the picture he didn’t wanna do my nails. He was rude and just unprofessional. I would not recommend even stepping foot in this establishment. I just dropped in just needing a quick fill-in. Wish i could give NO STARS"
