"Please Read - I feel as a long time Client of Mop Heads - I must write the TRUTH to a situation that I witnessed while in the salon tonight getting my hair done by one of the owners - a Lady( Miss P) who wrote review full of lies and not Facts - walked in for her appointment and was very RUDE to staff from the moment she walked in and seemed very unsure what she wanted done and stylist was trying to help her and give his professional opinion. Lady was questioning stylist in a very condescending manner and questioning his ability and how many years he has been doing hair ! Zach ( stylist) was very professional and nice considering how he was being treated and talked to and I was 1 client of several in salon tonight that had to witness MISS P’s attitude !!! ADVICE - Treat others how you want to be TREATED and don’t lie to justify your MEAN/ Hateful behavior !!! And the comment of Race is just ridiculous- several employees /clients at Mop Heads are African-American among others and All are licensed ( not Illegal) . Mop Heads is a beautiful salon with very talented and professional stylists that make you feel like family and welcome."

"A nice place to get hair done of any kind. Just make sure your stylist knows exactly what you want and pays attention to your request and not easily distracted from the beginning. If you get something that is just not quite what you ask for you may be told to go elsewhere after it may be somewhat fixed and expect to walk out wet, not dried or styled like I was. As well as no welcoming from entering the salon either owners. If this is what money causes, arrogance and disrespect for asking for correction for something that should have been done right by attention by stylist that you pay for in the first place then they NEVER appreciated or valued you as their client in the first place. NOT RECOMMENDING this business for any service due to the neglect and disrespect given by those that own the business. Very poor reflection of their personality and obviously their service. A word of advice when owning a business, or even not don’t get so caught up in living a high and mighty life or high society that you treat people no matter who they are as though they are below your level. Because there is a higher power that has His say on everything we do. And it WILL come back to you. Fact!"

"Elisa is the best! I followed her from another salon to Mopheads a few years ago. She has been doing my hair now for about 18 years! My hair always looks amazing after I go to see her. The other ladies in the salon are great too. The atmosphere is so relaxed. Everyone is fun and friendly. 10/10 would recommend this place for any of your hair needs. ❤"

"This place is amazing. You walk in and feel welcomed. ZACH is the best stylist I’ve ever had. The way he styles my hair is awesome. Just gorgeous. The other stylist in the shop are great conversationalist. XAN and KELLY have a wonderful assortment of jewelry, hair products, hats, bags, and many more things to feed my shopping addiction. Lol. Very clean space. Wonderful decorations. All in all, after getting my hair done for 12 years, I finally found the place and stylist I can not live without. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"Caryn was great! She squeezed me in to her busy day because I really needed my hair colored before taking professional photos this Sunday. She also captured exactly what I wanted which is rare for any person that meets me for the first time! On top of that, she was also super sweet and knowledgeable. Also, the environment was super cozy and all of the staff were super friendly, supportive and helpful for one another. Will definitely be going back"
