"I mostly enjoyed my experience. The only negative was that the stylist's had a bit of a chip on her shoulder in the beginning. She wasn't very friendly initially, but after we got to talking, she was a pleasure. My hair was awesome. I got a blowout and she didn't use alot of heat. I had ZERO heat damage. She aimed to find a style I was comfortable with. I will definitely return. Don't book via StyleSeat, they will automatically charge a 20 percent tip unless you log in and change it. In my case, the service wasn't worth a tip, it was already overpriced. Also, Shellyann doesn't charge less for kids, I don't recommend for younger kids. She even stated that she doesn't normally do young children, so why did you accept my appointment. Although her services are good, she doesn't have the best customer service. I won't be returning. I can save my money and do my hair myself. My main reason for not returning is the booking process, she is not helpful if you need to make changes. She makes it very hard to support black stylists with her demeanor."
