"I come here often and I’m never unimpressed. Today I go in & a guy whom I never seen before comes out I didn’t complain because again I’m always impressed. While he was doing my nails I had questions but honestly I just thought “trust the process , they always do good here.” Until the end my nails looked horrible & I said I’ll just deal with it but it was literally the worst set I’ve gotten from here . Hurts my feelings that when I did go back in his words were I cannot help you and he started to try to shape it with the nail file which didn’t do much but made them even more crooked . Sadly I won’t be returning for a while . They said he was the only one in there who could do nails and no one knew when anyone else was coming in . Why is there only one nail tech ?"
"Kelly did my gel manicure and my nails were BAD when I went in. Ended up being the BEST gel manicure I’ve ever gotten. Super thankful !"
"The place was clean, pleasing to the eye and the staff was very friendly! Ruby was very efficient and cordial, quick and friendly. Ruby did a great job on my mani/ped. iLisa was funny and engaging, I love her massage, she was attentive! I would definitely go again when in Raleigh!"
"I have been going here for YEARS, only place in N.C that actually does a great job on my nails. Tami is the only I allow to do my nails. They did have an amazing foot lady but idk what happened to her."
