"It takes a lot for me to go out of my way to leave a review, but between the service and my experiences over the past month with this company, specifically the staff at the Youngsville location, has been horrendous. The staff is rude and completely inconsiderate of their customers time, money, and schedules. First off, my original delivery of brick took almost 2 weeks after the intended date of delivery and every time I called to double check I would be told that it would be one to two days, or truck issues, or personnel issues, etc. etc. but never one ounce of accountability. As their delays began to impact progress, I called an complained, again, only to be told that it would be the following week due to no trucks being available. In frustration I hung up, but was promptly called back and told a truck and driver somehow appeared and my order would be delivered that day. Now fast forward two weeks later, my brick guys need one more cube of brick due to plans changing. I am working 1 hour from Adam’s Products location and my second job site, so I call up to these guys at Adam’s, speak with Tom and ask him to confirm they have the one cube needed. Tom promptly confirms, and says it will be held under my company name. I then proceed to drive over 1 hour fighting traffic in my truck and trailer, arrive at this location, after the product availability was confirmed, only to walk in and be told they have none. Like I said these guys have no respect for peoples time or money, they(Tom specifically) acted as if it was joke or no big deal for me to go out of my way like this and didn’t even work to try and offer a solution. My only option was to turn back around, drive another 30 mins to another brick supplier, and then turn back around and drive another hour out to my job site. They clearly do not care about customer service, they want to charge extra delivery fees due to fuel costs but don’t consider how much fuel of mine they wasted. Really I wish I could leave a half star or none at all. Overall they have lost my companies business, and I hope if you are in need of brick or stone you will consider a different supplier as well, because I know I will for the life of my business."

"Adams Products Company is great! Just went there today to buy a couple of cap stones for a retaining wall. Very friendly and professional! I felt valued as a customer. UPDATE: I went back for more cap stones and also wanted to purchase the cap stone adhesive. Hauling them in a Honda CRV, I wasn't sure how many to carry at one time, so this trip was 9. When the manager forgot to add the adhesive to my bill, he gave it to me free and told me to settle up next time I come in even though I offered to pay for it. This made me feel trusted and respected! Really nice people! I'll be back!"
