"The staff that served me and worked directly around me were very unapproachable. The tech that served me had both earbuds in and worked very hurriedly as he looked towards the door the majority of the time. His coworker stared uncomfortably at me. I got a gel manicure (natural nails) and was disappointed and irritated that he used the electric drill on my nails, which thinned them out even more. The end result was decent but because of the thin-ness of my nail bed, they've been flexing throughout my day as I work/do life and therefore the gel layer is already starting to chip and peel. I will not be returning or recommending."

"Horrible. Waited an hour for a full set and ended up leaving because they were still filing the same people’s nails that they were filing when I walked in. They were rude and would not tell anybody how long the wait would be. Just kept shrugging their shoulders. I will NEVER be back and apparently their best nail tech quit anyway. I wonder why"

"Ok! Kim is the sweetest! My last nail tech retired after a 16yr relationship! It's hard finding someone to feel comfortable with! Kim was very gentle & professional! I will be going back!"

"Initial visit pleasant. Regular pedicure and gel manicure. Polish on toes started chipping after 3 days (normally last me about 2 weeks). I was out of state and couldn’t get back to shop until day 4.5. Wanted to get another brand of polish like the traditional ones they have on the shelves near the entrance; they had used some brand that was in a white box and had a very flat, almost chalk/water mixture appearance (clear, top coat added the shine). 2 males appeared to be in charge told me I’d have to pay $10 for a polish color change. Told me I must have hit my nail on something. Said I should’ve gotten a gel pedicure. Somewhat condescending, disrespectful way of addressing me. I brought this to his attention and pointed out the fact that I had not addressed him in that fashion and would appreciate the same courtesy. (None of that “Customer is always right.” stuff here!!) I am not a fussy, pushy, entitled customers so I was a bit offended and definitely disappointed. Tried to give them an opportunity to recover 2 customers (my daughter had same issue but no time to come back), but was not impressed. He directed the nail tech to re-polish the 2 nails that had the most obvious chips; I went along with this. While the tech was re-polishing, another tech came over, offered tips to my tech, showed me her relatively new pedicure that had already chipped (she says because she went to the pool) and said some colors in any of the brands chip faster that the brand overall. She gets high marks for customer relations. Her boss on the other hand, needs to take a few lessons. Gel nails are holding up fine."
