"There was a mixup with the scheduling online and when notification was received. When I arrived for my time, Dee greeted me and found the mixup and stated she would be able to see at a later time. When I came back, she took the time to examine and consult me about my hair to make sure she was using the correct products. Her shampoo felt heavenly and the shop was clean and organized. I recently cut off my hair so I was a little nervous about someone new doing my hair. Listen. Dee did a PHENOMENAL job! I would recommend and come back."

Once Ashley took over the call, she asked me about the details of what I wanted, then asked me how quickly I could make it to the salon since she could take me right then!
