Cost Cutters

"Hours of operation need to be updated! I was trying to get my hair cut on Friday 01/19/2024. the web site and google both showed the salon was open until 7pm. when I arrived at 6:02, the store was dark and locked. PLEASE update your operating hours so other people don't waste a trip thinking that you are open when you aren't. I'm a man, so it's not like I would need a perm, or coloring. I usually just get a #4 blended in, so it's not like I would have needed an hour or more."

"They’re lucky to even get a star. My mother’s birthday was yesterday and she attempted to visit this location for the first time. She came in and made sure they knew she arrived by saying good morning. To her surprise no one said anything back or approached her to see what she needed. She decided to wait around and give them time to acknowledge her. After 13 minutes she again said good morning and still no one responded. She said thank you and left. She then called the salon asking for the manager which confirmed that she was currently at salon. My mom proceeded to explain what had happened. The manager responded with “ok, is there anything else you need”."
