"Terrible! First I called to see if they could do a wash blow out and add extensions they told me yes and it would be 200$ but I would have to bring my own hair… ok cool! She also stated to be there at 330… I get there at 330 no one was there place was completely empty and there was 1 lady and she couldn’t even speak English she kept pulling her phone out to translate ok cool.. she calls someone and then hands me the phone the lady stated that she couldn’t do it bc my extensions were 14inches long and that was too short for a sew in? I was so confused bc excuse me?! lol it don’t matter what the length is it’s a damn sew in?! That’s when I knew it was just time for me to leave! I was so pissed because I called to confirm everything before even going in I drove all the way from Bailey bc there site was nice and again speaking on the phone with them? Purchased hair as told to do so and came in at 330 to get there and no one was in there but 1 lady who didn’t speak English respectfully but where is everyone at and the lady on the phone spoke English? I will never go back and I most definitely giving them 1 star for wasting my time and the unprofessional and lack of communication and false information provided to me! I took pics to show no one was there upon my arrival then the extensions they had there looked like they were 10inches and mine were 14inches and yet they lady on phone told me they can’t do it bc my extensions were too short???? Never again!"

"The staff is nice and service was fast! My hair looked good but I gave 2 stars because the stylist did not put enough heat protector in my hair which caused my hair to smell burnt and become heat damaged."

I dyed my hair, and Yahaira made sure that my curls would be saved. She also showed me how much she was going to trim before she did it. I will be back, I’ve found my forever salon!"

The owner is a great collaborator with her team, my stylist cut my hair but with getting it shorter per my request, the owner stepped in and helped her achieve the look I was after. The owner makes sure her team cares about the quality of hair care, not just making it look good."
