"When we got to the car I took a good look at my daughters hair and it was visibly longer on one side. I wanted to go back in and have them fix it but my teenage daughter did not want to deal with any kind of conflict so I had to come home and fix it myself. It just makes me mad because they are supposed to be professional and I just gave them money plus a $5 tip to screw her hair up. I don’t even know how to cut hair but I made it look decent. I don’t have the money to pay someone else to fix it. I will never go back there."
