"I want to start this off with this is the best experience I have ever had at a tattoo/piercing shop and I was only in the building for max 30 minutes. Earlier today I called Bad Fun Company to see if they sold gold nose hoops. I was greeted over the phone by a nice happy upbeat attitude. He then directed me to the piercer to help answer my questions. After speaking with him I decided to ride up to the shop. Upon arrival the facility is amazingly decorated and has a very welcoming environment. You’re greeted with a smile and the front desk even offered water as I waited. Once I was welcomed into Robert’s booth he was very professional. He measured my nose to find the perfect size. Unfortunately they didn’t have the size in stock so he gladly told me they’d be able to order it for me. I had brought up an issue with my current jewelry (it being the whole reason i want to switch to a hoop) and he fixed it right away. These people are amazing and know what great customer service is. I wish I could give them a higher rating."

"This was our first experience for an ear piercing for my 10 year old. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly offering us something to drink and greeting us. They were very professional and made sure my daughter and I gave consent. The shop was super clean and Robert took time to explain the piercing to my daughter and made sure she knew she could say no or stop at any time. He talked her through it step by step. He even ordered new beads for the posts for me since my birthday was a week away. Great service and very knowledgeable."
