"Came originally to this shop because boyfriend drive and don’t take last test after turning engine off (easy mistake that happened no biggie right?) wrong had no issues with system ever before that (got install done at a different location) but once I brought it here once suddenly I had anothe Viol lock again after a few days because it isn’t reading blows properly! Started as a few weren’t reading but some were then gradually all blows weren’t reading on the machine at all. Keeps saying blow longer when you’ve not finished blowing! Then started making some buzzish sound and I called Ed but no answer so have to return to be unlocked and pay fee. After unlock all further appointments will be with the Cary location! They’re only open Tuesdays and thursdays but do an amazing job and don’t leave you will more issues than you came in with."
