"Love this store!! Everyone there is so sweet & helpful! I've been going there since the store opened & am on first name basis with several of the employees! Tracey, Lynn, & Kerry in the pharmacy are spectacular!!"
"Juliana and Abby at Starbucks were so knowledgeable about all the fall drinks. They seemed to genuinely care and enjoy helping customers with their orders. Love seeing young employees enjoy their job!! Juliana was mindful of my dietary restrictions and patiently helped us with all our bougie requests. The iced pumpkin cream chai is our favorite now!! I already want to go back for another one."
"The store is fine but don't bother with the deli. First time, ordered ahead and it still wasn't ready after 45 minutes of wandering the store. Fluke maybe? Second time, same thing but I had to walk up and cancel the order because I had to leave. It was a Saturday around lunch time so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Third time, Tuesday afternoon. Two sandwiches and some deli meat. An hour. And the poor kid at the counter was making sandwiches and running the pizza area. The sandwich I eventually received was so drenched in condiments the bag was wet and practically impossible to eat. Stop offering order ahead if your store is not equipped to handle it (there were 2 tickets and 1 person in line it wasn't a crazy madhouse). I wouldn't even be mad. It would have given me the opportunity to make other plans rather than being held hostage for an hour for the third time."
"And here's a pic of a burnt pie that they hid by covering the burnt spot with the packaging. Seriously? If you ruin the food, don't try to sell it, just throw it away. Update: It hasn't gotten better. Express pickup is so bad we drive across town to the other location (which is also bad but maybe a little less rotten food selected for you). This location is terrible. Only one lane open on Sunday, and the people at self checkout kept wandering away. The curbside shopping is also much worse than other locations - they keep picking out half rotting produce."
