"Train your employees to remove security tags! That door alarm beeps 20 times each time I'm in line at this store! It went off for me today and the lady "Thoroughly checked" for tags and told me I was good only for me to get home to find a lock tag in the pocket of the pants I got so I had to drive 30 minutes back to get it removed! SERIOUSLY THIS NEEDS ADDRESSED!"

"The store is very small. They need more light inside it dark. The employees are very nice and helpful. Not enough parking space outside."

"Not a great selection of items and the store have things strolled all over the place and on the floor. Compared to the one I usually go to in Cary I did not enjoy the experience considering that it’s a new store. It’s smaller than the others and it’s jammed packed with nothing worth purchasing. Ill stick to going to the location in Cary or Fayetteville. I’ll try again one day!"

"Compared to most Burlington locations, this is a very small store with a very small selection for most departments, but has especially limited selections of toys and kids clothes----which is definitely not ideal for holiday shopping. Bathrooms were filthy. I drove about 40 minutes to get here based on the couple good reviews I read (I'm not from the area), so this trip was extremely disappointing compared to pretty much every other Burlington store I've ever been in."

"Literally they just opened everyone is friendly they offer great customer service and get this!!!! We were having a hard time financially paying for an item one of the employees offered to pay for a book for my son who has autism. They’re absolutely amazing and very very caring and passionate about their job and not just their for our money and checks… this is a true passion of employees."
