"This nail salon does not live up to its name and lacks customer service. I had my nails done on a Monday by the end of the week my Black nail polish was peeling horribly. So I stopped back in on a Sunday to have them repainted. I was told the black chips and no matter which black out of their 7 options would peel. She went on like it was some how my fault for choosing black polish. To add insult to injury she asked for $30 to fix their mistake. I have been a loyal customer and only wanted to have nails that represented them. Since I’m asked who does my nails all the time. I won’t be back and don’t suggest you go either. Horrible customer service, cheap paint. This is not polish at all."

"Absolutely disgusted with how my boyfriend’s nails were painted and now after washing dishes the GEL that’s supposed to stay is already coming off. Called and asked for help and said they could only help if I came in. I live to far away to come in and couldn’t help me any further. I should have left when I didn’t like how long we had to wait for the service. Update: not even 24 hours and my nail BROKE off and I’ve never had that happen. This place is a scam"

"I should have read the reviews before visiting. I had the same issue with my acrylic nails that others have. I have never broken or chipped an acrylic nail, and only very rarely does the gel polish come off. I can make a full set/fill in last for weeks, maybe even a month. Not so with this set. I went in, the technician cut my cuticles to the point of bleeding multiple times. He apologized, but it kept happening. Was very slow with the acrylic application and seemed inexperienced. As he was finishing, another woman stepped in to apply the gel. She didn’t apply a base coat. She said it would be fine and last just as long as usual. I trusted her and moved forward. My nails looked ok when I left. Two days later, the gel polish began to peel off layer by layer. Three days later, whole chips were coming off the tips of my nails. Four days later, multiple nails split completely in half. I think he drilled the acrylic way too thin- they literally have began snapping off halfway down my nail bed, one by one. This has NEVER happened to me before and I have not done anything that would merit this sort of damage. Currently fixing the problem somewhere else. Attaching a photo where you can see the lines in the acrylic where nails have just been snapping and peeling off. One took my nail off with it while I was simply putting my shirt on this morning. Won’t ever go back."

"I want to start off by saying I had to go back to this place TWICE to have my nails fixed. I got them done initially on Monday night but returned Tuesday and thursday. Initially the nails I had done took 2 hours to complete as all the technicians that work here are not trained in acrylic and gel application. I sat with one lady who was very kind but all she did was apply my tips. I had to wait for another tech to finish with someone else to apply my acrylic. I showed her a picture of what I always get and she starts off with light peach nail polish as the base of my French but it was wayyyy too light. So she drilled it off. I requested clear and she seemed annoyed by anything I asked for. She finished my nails and I got home and they were sub par at best. My cuticle was overgrown, and the base of my acrylic nail was chipped. Not to mention the paint was chipped. I called and returned and Brandon did my nails. He drilled off the old paint but didn’t add more acrylic so now you can see my actual nail. He redid the French then recommended I come back and request him. I returned the very next day showed them how all of my nails were coming up due to being drilled so many times and was asked “what do you want” I responded with “I just want them fixed” I was sat with the same girl that did it the first time and naturally she said not one word to me but continued to have conversations with her coworkers she filed down the base of my mail again and slapped some gel on it and called it done. As I sit on the plane all of my nails are lifting. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! A pedicure is the HEIGHT of their expertise and skill set. I will never return."
