"Went in to get my eyebrows done. The main lady was yelling about a customer told me to sit and wait. She called me over only to quickly slap on wax and tear off with no care. I asked for no oils or creams after because I have sensitive skin and she just went at my face with a dry cotton ball so hard it hurt so bad I jumped out of my chair. I told her she was hurting me and asked what she was doing, use warm water and she just ignored my a rubbed my skin so hard again. I jumped up again! I paid and I’m out. NEVER AGAIN! My face is blotched now! Not to mention she didn’t even wash her hands before she touched my face. Horrible."

"I am looking for a new spot where I feel more pampered when I leave than processed on an assembly line. My nails are always pretty, though. If you're looking for good and fast, you'd love it here!"

"My experience at this nail salon was horrible. The nail tech removed, no pried off my dipped nail polish with the edge of a false nail which had me in tears as well as leaving with very weakened nails. The nails that grew out were destroyed and my fingernails all hurt. The tech only used the electric file and soaked off the rest of the polish after I snatched my hand away because of the pain. I did not even go through with what I wanted done, i just wanted to get out of that place. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. I only went there because my usual place was closed for the day. Never, ever again!"

"I booked myself for a pedicure for some impromptu me time and was so disappointed in my experience, wish I had read reviews ahead of time. I went around 6:45p (they close at 8) and asked for the lavender pedicure, that includes a leg/foot massage. She rushed through it and applied the smallest amount of pressure possible. My pedicure took less than 20 minutes. When she was finished I stayed in the chair because I paid for a massage so I may as well read and get my moneys worth from the massage chair. She continuously looked over at me, came over to touch my toes, fan them with their menu, etc. It was clear she was trying to rush me to leave (it was 7:30p at this point). If I was the only customer left I would have been quicker to scoot, but I wasnt so I stayed. Around 5 minutes later she comes over and says “time to pay” and reaches for my card. I asked how much it was before handing her my card and when she brought it back I asked if my nails were ok to go. She fanned them again then said yep all good! I left and as soon as I got in the car I noticed they had smudged. Thankfully I work in fitness so I’m in closed toed shoes 24/7, but this was not worth $50. I wont be back."

"The pedi was below average for $35 the dip set. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before coming in. My nails are so wide and bulky my pink nail is way to long next to the other nails. Although she tried to narrow them it just didn’t workout. I didn’t speak much to the technician but when we did speak she would call me picky a lot. Ohhh and I asked for French nails and she proceeded to give me full color nails bc it looked good. Ughh if I had the time during the weekday to soak them off I would but i have to have this nails until Saturday."
