"Be very careful with this office if you use MetLife Dental Insurance. My 68 yrs old husband need to have 5 teeth extracted. I asked specifically to ensure that they use MetLife and did not specify which doctor. Dr. Kevin Neshat evaluated my husband, and the office gave us the estimate with the amount that based on my MetLife Insurance with my in-network pricing. When I search "Kevin Neshat" in MetLife Website, the office is listed. After the surgery, I realized from the MetLife insurance EOB that the surgery was billed out of network. After 3 phone calls, Nikki told me that all the doctors in that office are in MetLife network except Dr. Kevin Neshat. Their estimate was based on network coverage, not non-network. So, my portion of the bill was much higher than their estimate. They lied to us. I recommend to stay out of this office. No matter how nice the staffs are. They smiled and lied. Update: After my online review, Kim from NuImage contacted me and apologized the mistake concerning the maximum allowance of the MetLife Insurance. The billing issue has been resolved."
